Ashley Hyatt, LMSW

Hello and welcome! I’m Ashley Hyatt, LMSW and psychotherapist. Connecting with a supportive therapist can be a great resource while coping with life’s challenges. I work with folks who tend to judge themselves and their feelings harshly, leading to questioning themselves and the ability to reach their goals. If you’re tired of criticizing yourself and searching endlessly to get away from painful feelings, I would love to work with you on finding new approaches to life’s challenges. It’s possible to step away from unhelpful patterns and experience victories, hardships, and everything in between with more ease. I want to offer a safe space to discuss what is important to you and thus bringing you to therapy at this time. Depending on what your concerns are, some of the approaches I use include client-centered therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. If this sounds like something you’re interested in exploring, I welcome you to reach out for a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation by emailing me at Ashley@cmpcnyc.com to see if we’re a good fit. Alison Aliazzo, LMSW

Hello and welcome! I’m Alison Aliazzo, LMSW and Psychotherapist. I have more than 12 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families in a variety of settings, from addiction facilities to cosmetic surgery practices. These clients are going through any number of issues, including addiction, anxiety, poor body image, low self-esteem, dating burnout, loneliness, perfectionism, managing career-life balance and relationship struggles. I work with couples overcoming infidelity, refining communication, at a crossroads in the relationship, or proactively seeking ways to better show up for each other. I work with families to manage codependent behavior that so often arises amongst family members. Traditionally trained, I believe in incorporating multiple approaches, including psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, CBT, and my own creative methods to create an individualized plan, customized to help you achieve your goals. Whether dealing with an acute issue, a desire to improve your emotional intelligence, or a need to receive objective but invested feedback, therapy can be a profound tool to help manage and improve your life. Please contact me to set up a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation by emailing me at Alison@cmpcnyc.com. I look forward to hearing from you!

Colleen Sullivan, LMSW

Hello and welcome! I’m Colleen Sullivan, LMSW and psychotherapist. I believe that therapy is a process grounded in trust and humanness, and I approach my work with gratitude for the courage it takes to seek out support. I believe in creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your goals and vulnerabilities. I favor a psychodynamic approach integrated with elements of both CBT and DBT to help patients not only reduce unwanted symptoms or maladaptive coping mechanisms, but also understand and address the underlying root causes of the issue. Prior to transitioning into psychotherapy, I spent many years working in the financial and technology sectors. I understand the pressure that can come with balancing life with work, and want to help you make space to prioritize your wellbeing and happiness. While I am a generalist in practice, I have experience working in trauma, anxiety, work stress, depression, perfectionism, family, relationships, substance misuse, and eating disorders. I look forward to learning more about you and helping to identify steps towards the change you’d like to make. You can learn about how I work with my clients on my MyWellBeing
