Hello and Welcome!
I’m Jessica A. Connell, LCSW, CPC, CEC. As a psychotherapist and certified professional and executive coach, I create a warm, judgment-free space where you can share your thoughts and feelings openly. Together, we’ll delve deep into the roots of your feelings and how they impact your behaviors, but I also use what’s called Psychoeducation to help you learn the very human and psychological aspects that contribute to the way our mind works. By normalizing and understanding these connections, we can develop personalized tools and techniques to transform unhelpful thought patterns into more productive outcomes. One of the most important areas we work on is effective communication. Communication is key to feeling empowered in all facets in your life- personal, work and romantic.
One focus of mine is on career-related stress, with my keen understanding stemming from my background in corporate investment banking, I also specialize in a variety of other areas. These include anxiety, perfectionism, depression, grief and bereavement, trauma, fertility support, LGBTQ+ issues, and relationship challenges. Additionally, I’m trained in EMDR, a powerful technique that helps clients release the effects of both acute and developmental traumas from the body.
While I work with individuals, I have a passion for Couples Therapy as well. Utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Theory, I help couples identify communication breakdowns that lead to recurring disagreements. It can feel like we are arguing about the same things over and over again. Often, frustration and defensiveness can cloud understanding and recognizing what contributes to these negative communication patterns. I guide couples in clearly identifying what the triggers are that cause these patterns and help teach different ways to approach these situations. Together, we’ll cultivate deeper connections and clearer communication. Please contact me to set up a free 15 minute phone consultation by emailing me at Jessica@cmpcnyc.com!

Nice to meet you! I am Danielle, a Licensed Master Social Worker providing individual psychotherapy to adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I specialize in working with teens and individuals recovering from relationship trauma, including emotional abuse, manipulation, and unhealthy relationship patterns.
Adolescence can be an overwhelming stage of life filled with emotional changes, social pressure, and identity development. I provide a supportive space where teens can talk openly about challenges such as anxiety, depression, peer relationships, family conflict, and self-esteem, while building healthy coping skills and confidence.
I also work with adults healing from emotionally harmful relationships and relationship trauma, including those navigating divorce or the end of significant partnerships. Many clients come to therapy feeling confused, questioning themselves, or struggling to trust again. Therapy can help rebuild self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and develop healthier relationship patterns moving forward.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented, with a strong strengths-based focus. I work with clients to identify meaningful goals, build practical coping strategies, and develop the tools needed to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being.

Welcome to a space for healing and growth! I believe therapy should be a safe, affirming, and empowering experience for everyone. My approach is rooted in an anti-oppressive lens, and I strive to provide therapy that honors your unique story and needs. As a queer person, I understand how vital it is to work with a therapist who is knowledgeable, empathetic, and non-judgmental. My experience includes supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families, as well as navigating challenges in the child welfare system.
When I’m not in the therapy room, I love cooking, gardening with my husband, and spending time with our dog, Blue.
I use a humanistic and relational approach that values the profound impact of relationships—both with others and with yourself. In our sessions, you can expect a blend of talk therapy, mindfulness, relational techniques, and deeply attuned listening. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and cycles in your life, reflecting on how your past experiences shape who you are today.
My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. We’ll work together to process past traumas, navigate present challenges, and carve out a path toward the life you want. You don’t have to face these struggles alone. Your journey matters. I am honored to walk alongside you as we uncover the complexities of your story and work toward healing and self-discovery. Let’s take that next step together by scheduling a 15 minute phone consult to explore our fit to work together. My email is Hailey@cmpcnyc.com

Hello! My name is Stacy Simbrom. I am an introspective and nurturing COACH (caregiver) who loves to learn through constantly taking classes and courses to better understand and support myself and others. I use Compassionate Inquiry, Mindfulness, and Somatic Awareness to help clients process stress and anxiety as well as other emotions that are showing up in their bodies and impacting an experience of wellness. Together, we can create a toolbox of techniques to process and release these tensions in your body. This supports reconnecting with one’s body through building awareness practices and somatic work and often supports an improved sense of well-being.
My intention is that coupled with your work with your therapist at CMPC, we can achieve a deeper mode of healing and an improved state of being. Please reach out to Stacy@cmpcnyc.com to schedule a free 15-minute phone consult to learn more about our fit to work together.
