We Handle the Insurance Process for You
One of the biggest concerns clients have about seeing an out-of-network therapist is dealing with insurance paperwork. That’s where we make things easy.
For clients with NYSHIP (Carelon Behavioral Health) and Aetna Open Choice PPO, we submit and process your out-of-network claims on your behalf. Rather than navigating reimbursement yourself, we handle the paperwork and work directly with your insurance whenever possible, making the process feel as seamless as using an in-network provider.
For all other insurance plans, we provide a detailed superbill after each session that you can submit for reimbursement. Many plans offer out-of-network benefits, often reimbursing 50–80% of the session fee after your deductible has been met.

Corporate wellness programs, workshops, executive coaching, and consulting services are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Sliding Scale Options
We never want finances to be the reason someone delays getting the support they need. If our standard fees present a hardship, please ask about our sliding scale options. We are happy to discuss your individual circumstances and determine whether a reduced fee may be available.
